O2 Business
How to guide

Client
O2 Business How to guide
O2 Business is a UK‑wide telecommunications provider offering mobile networks, business plans, devices and digital tools built specifically for organisations.

The brief
O2 Business needed a clear, partner‑ready campaign guide to help small and medium businesses navigate ongoing uncertainty and rapid change in the marketplace. With companies facing “a lot of uncertainty and change right now” and needing support to “handle the peaks and troughs of these changing times,” the brief focused on creating a flexible toolkit that showed how O2’s adaptable tariffs, data rollover, contract options and business apps could help organisations stay connected and resilient.
Outcome
We’re delighted with the campaign toolkit REBEL delivered. They embraced our existing brand framework while adding their own creative flair, resulting in a campaign that’s already delivering tangible results

The Rebel spirit
Rebel Creative answered O2’s challenge with a bold, integrated campaign toolkit built through its rebellious, push‑it‑further approach. We delivered a cohesive suite of social posts, emails, blogs, infographics and eGuides that helped partners communicate flexibility with clarity and impact. The visual direction elevated O2’s brand, using confident layouts and Bubl as a friendly narrator to unify the experience. Everything was brought together into a single digital guide, an accessible, go‑to resource that made the full toolkit easy to use and even easier to deploy.

Project overview
Where strategy meets execution
With the audience of the camapign being small to medium sized businesses it was essential that the overall messaging and advice resonated and felt talilored to their specific needs.
A strategic approach underpinned the entire project. With O2’s brand already strong and recognisable, REBEL focused on using existing assets while injecting its own distinctive creative edge. By balancing alignment with individuality, the campaign felt authentically O2 yet confidently REBEL, resulting in a toolkit that was cohesive, clear and built for impact.
